Hello. I just wanted to give a quick greeting and tell you I enjoyed reading your material.
They look like the frame houses on the 300 block of Cumberland between Lafayette and Greene Avenues in Fort Greene.
where are those fort greene wood frames located? i’m diggin’ their bastardized-attached-at-the-hip style.
593 was on the market for longer than that. THere is a long story to that brownstone, of the likes that you have porbably heard in the neighborhood about one house or the other. I had my shot at the bulding for half that price eight months ago…but a shady lawyer got to it first.
My Favorite from “Just Sold”:
Brooklyn
BEDFORD-STUYVESANT $820,000
593 Jefferson Ave.
Three-family brownstone, 3,600 square feet …
on market one day.
ONE DAY !
