A Visit to Dog Beach [AcrossA Year in the Park]
I find the BBQ story sadly amusing – I mean the guy opens a restaurant in a non-pedestrian industrial area and then is forced to close it in less than 3mo.
Even if the guy had great food (which he didnt) it could take months if not a year to really establish a business like that in such a obscure location. Yet obviously the guy didnt have the capital to survive weeks.
I just want to take people like that and shake them – and say “what is wrong with you, what were you thinking”
Thanks for the link to my Dog Beach post, and I’m delighted to welcome y’all to “A Year in the Park”; there is indeed, however, a blog called “Across the Park” (www.acrossthepark.typepad.com), about Prospect Lefferts Gardens. This fellow blogger hasn’t updated since Jan. (which is a shame, since it’s a good blog), but in the interests of blog fellowship, I will make the correction.
