All you SUV drivers better watch out for your catalitic converters – be thankful that a hack saw makes A LOT of noise…
Come to think of it….there’s a guy in Crown Heights who always places a lock his wheels. Now I know why.

I’m sure that like attention2detail says, those were some fancy rims, worth the trouble to take all four. It’s quite possible the perpetrator victimized one of his own.
