Following a keynote from the New York Times’ Assistant Masthead Editor Clifford J. Levy, the day’s panels covered topics including growing your audience on social media, how to take jaw-dropping smartphone pics, dive into podcasting, and the economics of freelancing.
A panel discussion moderated by Brooklyn Based’s Nicole Davis featured Gothamist co-founder and publisher Jake Dobkin, Northside Media Group co-founder Daniel Stedman, and editors from Medium and Buzzfeed. The day wrapped with a convivial cocktail party.
