Peace Out: Hippie With a Van

We viewed this house in February via Corcoran (Jerry M.). It was listed at $1.25MM, went into contract and then was back on the market in March. I believe going into contract in April for $1.3MM. The garden apartment was nice, the parlor floor kitchen needed work. The 2nd floor layout had a tiny kitchen/living room in front and a bedroom/bath in back and it felt cramped. The 3rd floor open bedroom had no closet space or bathroom. Cute property – ready to move in but the confusing layout left us wondering what to do.
