Good Times in The Slope
A doubleshot of bad news in Park Slope this morning, courtesy of Gowanus Lounge: First, gunshots were reported around Baltic Street and 4th Avenue on Wednesday night; then, reports of an off-leash pit bull attacking a woman and her dog, breaking the owner’s arm and requiring the victim dog to get surgery. Nice.

Sure BRG but I think all of us are beyond hope. How are you dealing with the lawsuit? Did you get an attorney off the ads in the subway?? This has the makings of a Law and Order “ripped from the headlines” episode.

ew another reason not to like the french :-/
whatever. sorry dude this aint england or france. dogs belong on leashes in public. do whatever you want in your home or in your own backyard, but it’s a public safety issue. i don’t feel like getting sued and going more bankrupt than i already am because some entitled twatwaffle decided to leave his or her dog off the leash.

I don’t mind dogs in bars. There’s a boxer that comes into Dirty franks in Philly and sits on a stool.
CMU, I think it’s pretty clear I love dogs. But they belong on a leash, except in controlled environments. And the only way I’d ever want to see a dog in a bar is if I personally owned the bar.
