A reader told us well-regarded Lower East Side restaurant Gentleman Farmer is opening an outpost at 378 Myrtle Avenue in Fort Greene. A quick check of Building Department records revealed that, indeed, chef and owner Karim Nounouh is behind a recent filing to restore the former cafe and candy store to a restaurant.
