What with New Year’s resolutions just around the corner and all, we figured it would be a good time to ask around about a good yoga studio in our new neighborhood. So what is the best that Clinton Hill, Fort Greene and Prospect Heights (or western Bed Stuy for that matter) have to offer?

  1. hot yoga is fine.. you need to go to bikram class actually. hot yoga is the modified version. and you cant injure yourself unless you are trying to hard. to the poster who mentioned injury, you can injure yourself in any type of exercise the trick is being careful and knowing your limits.

  2. i’ve been to three classes at lucky lotus on dekalb. seems pretty down to earth and rigorous. on tuesday night they have an $8 class. pretty good if you’re more on the purist side, i think, of things.
