i agree. great idea. there should be an exception for the elderly and disabled. they should not be taxed.
Go, Mike, Go with the congestion pricing! Hope that passes. Anyone have another viewpoint on this? I keep thinking it’s a fantastic idea because, but (you guessed it) I don’t drive and commute on subway.
