Interesting article on 130 Court street — esp the part where it gets approval from LPC for something out of scale with the neighborhood. How corrupt is that agency? And I quote:

Wow, those Boymelgreen Fuglies look like highway-side Holiday Inns or those hasidic housing complexes in S. williamsburg. Not like Park Slope is exactly a happening area, but to dump this crap on it? I do feel bad for the locals.
