well if they are that disruptive, then I stand by what I said, evict them.
sticks tongue out
Ugh, don’t take me seriously, I don’t give a rats ass.
Sorry, nomi. Hope you’er ok. 🙁
I can’t, bkgrl. I can’t read more stuff like this now.
nomi- check the Dyker Heights thread for more words of “wisdom” from stargazer.
Wow, STARGAZER.
I am not in favor of rent control.
However, it still exists, it’s still legal. What is NOT legal is allowing a mold problem to continue in the building you own. Mold can seriously and PERMANENTLY ef you up, even kill. At ANY age, let alone an age when one is more susceptible to assaults on health.
What if these were your parents, STARGAZER, would you want them evicted? Who are you? I wanna meet you. I wanna see if you’d say these things to my face.
stargazer- whatever bad things you wish on someone else, I hope come back on you tenfold.
I dont care, I hope he gets evicted.
The rent for the apartment is not the issue. It’s liveability is. The man is 77 years old- yeah, eviction is the right thing to do. NOT.
Apartment mold such as this comes from within the structure of the building- opening the windows will not fix it. And he did pay to get rid of the mold himself (if you bothered to read the article). 1200$. The landlord is trying to evict him as “disruptive.” That’s the dispute.
