The Onderdonk House is currently located in Ridgewood Queens. In the yard, however, you will find Arbitration Rock, which is now marking the original boundary of Brooklyn and Queens. The borders have changed numerous times over the centuries. Check out http://www.onderdonkhouse.org for more info.
small scale vertical axis wind turbines don’t generate very much power and small scale wind turbines on city buildings DO NOT WORK. why can’t people get that through their thick skulls? it is common knowledge in the RE world. the woman at the NY TIMES has no idea what she is talking about if judged by her response to that question.
nah, onderdonk house is in Bushwick. now buy me a beer and we can argue aboutt his for the next hour.

Those of you who continue to rally against AY give it a rest. THis would be the best thing for Brooklyn. We have so much to offer and we should make a statement of being able to offer more. Plus NYC needs another venue to bring entertainment too. It is bad enough every time I try to buy tickets for a concert or a show in MSG or WA Mu theater they are sold out or all the scalpers bought the good tickets(thanks to Spitzer). THose protesters should put their energy in something else like more green space iN BK. ANd let the other Brooklynites who can get jobs from this deal to feed their families in this overpriced city LIVE……. Let’s us all Live. Stop being selfish…………….
Oh shut up 9:12
so this site is posting queens houses now?
The Onderdonk house is in Ridgewood, Queens, not Bushwick.
