I’ve lived one block away from the Bed Stuy Michell-Lama building for almost 10 years. I can’t tell you how much this area will improve when it is converted. Maybe 90% of anything you hear can be traced back to this complex. The police “live” outside! I feel bad for the workers, but they should have done their part to look out for the neighborhood.
