Four-Story Apartment Building Rises on Meserole Street in East Williamsburg

So far, the design of this building looks better to us than most small new construction buildings in Williamsburg. But perhaps that’s because it doesn’t have its balconies yet.

The seven unit-development at 46 Meserole Street will have 5,000 square feet of residential space, according to new building permits. It will have four stories once it’s finished.

The lot between Union Avenue and Lorimer Street last changed hands in 2008 for $675,000. What do you think of the design?
