So far, the design of this building looks better to us than most small new construction buildings in Williamsburg. But perhaps that’s because it doesn’t have its balconies yet.

The seven unit-development at 46 Meserole Street will have 5,000 square feet of residential space, according to new building permits. It will have four stories once it’s finished.
