Wow–I read that whole thread on Putnam and Downing from June 06. While there are undeniably still criminal elements in the area, it is heartening to consider how much positive change has come to this neck of the woods. Great read though. So appreciative of the people who have been working hard to improve my neighborhood in the years before I moved in.
