I disagree. This article only shows that MM’s writing style is long-winded and overblown. Pretty boring stuff, today and yesteryear.
I like that the Montrose piece was listed in Flashback – (“Byzantine Leaf Work”). It is worth re-reading and she puts so much work into her articles.
Looks like we are one very small step away from a Brownstoner clip show.
