Water feature, jawbreaker! Le water feature! But you gotta say, on one level it has that same ticky tacky undernourished look the waterfalls do. At least it’s cheaper.
This thing looks horrible.
Maybe this is a solution for what to do with all those empty spackle barrels you’ve been saving?
I saw one of these in Boerum Hill months ago.
Has it been configured to emit salt spray which will turn the rest of garden brown? What is this trend with fountain art?

goldie- If you find out the answer, please let me know. I was wondering that myself. Maybe if it were a copy of the Trevi Fountain done in plastic Poland Spring water bottles I’d see the connection. this just looks like your contractor didn’t clean up after himself.
That looks like the drum kit I saw someone banging away on by the Bethesda Fountain in Central Park last weekend.
