Brookland Capital has installed windows and finished most of the facade on this apartment building on Bergen Street near Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights. The six-story, 36-unit development at 954 Bergen Street has risen quickly since construction started in March. Brookland’s usual architects, Issac and Stern, are designing. So on the right hand side your windows get blocked by this building and on the left people get a window for a direct view into your lovely Woodframe house. How considerate.
Is it a rental or co-op/condo? I wouldn’t buy one of his buildings. He cuts extreme corners where he can.
