hell, there are very expensive buildings with duane reade’s all over manhattan. wish it wasn’t comin there, but it will be used and is needed.

I think every new development in Brooklyn has at one point had a rumor that Apple would be in the retail space.
I believe the Edge holds that crown right now.
A duane reade and dry cleaners are much needed in this area.
