Demo Starts for Block-Size Office Building on Kent in Williamsburg

Demo has stared at 19-25 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, the future site of a huge office development that will cover the entire block. As far as we know, the 400,000-square-foot building developed by Heritage Equity Partners is the first spec office building to be built from the ground up in Brooklyn since World War II.
