  1. This is hilarious. I’m moving back to Brooklyn to get away from assholes like you that are ruining Philadelphia with your dreams of non-gentrified low rent neighborhoods. Good luck finding a job.

  2. The Lincoln Place duplex is great. 4 or 5 people sharing would be quite affordable. I also think this feature has merit. I’d like to know what people are getting for their apartments, and also sometimes people ask if anything’s available in my neighborhood. Information is good.

  4. yup, keep renting overpriced shitholes and drive the market up, up, up until you can’t even afford to rent in East NY (the next up and coming neighborhood after the breeders eat up Bed Stuy after fleeing Fort Greene/AY.) Suckers whether you rent or buy. See you in Philly.

  6. jeremy, we must nearly be neighbors. I’m between central/wilson, maybe a block or so away?

Granted our neighborhood isn’t purty, but it seems if your place is nice you’d be able to get more, being relatively convenient to the jeffy stop, also close to the jmz at myrtle, walkable to the few bars/restauranrts, and a stones throw from ‘E.W’burg’.

    Good luck.
