Another closing way down Atlantic near Hicks: Gerard Theuns Upholstery, also open over 20 years. Never needed furniture done there, but the work displayed in the window was always gorgeous.
“since 1980” that’s a long ass run for a boutique clothing store! hopefully they left to move onto something else and not because of rising rents or whatever..
