Can’t ever find a bike rack in your neighborhood? According to Gothamist, 97% of all the city’s bike racks are mapped by the New York City Department of Transportation. Recently, the DOT has unveiled a new Google map interface showing the locations of 5,968 bike racks (out of approximately 6,100) that have been installed throughout the city. There are plenty of rack options in Brooklyn or you can just use a signpost like most do.
