Closing Bell: Mural-in-Progress on Fourth Avenue

Here’s a look at a small snippet of the Fourth Avenue beautification process: a mural is being painted on the vacant lot near Union Street, and Brooklyn Bread Company and Maria’s Mexican Bistro. We can see a few waves poking from behind the scaffolding. Says our tipster who sent in the photo: “I can suggest many other eyesores that can use some art!”
