Coming off the huge showing last week, the Flea mixes it up this Sunday with its first annual Superstar DJ Record Fair. A dozen or so local DJs will be spinning and selling parts of their record collections under one large tent. There are also a bunch of new vendors starting this weekend. Also taking place just a few blocks from the Flea this weekend is the 5th Avenue Carlton Avenue Stoop Sale Extravaganza; from 11 am to 5 pm, more than 25 stoops on Carlton between Lafayette and Myrtle will be full of furniture, records, housewares and books. Check it out. The Flea runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday; it’s located at 176 Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn; no bikes or dogs allowed in the market. Closest trains are the C and G to Washington/Clinton. Or you can take any of the number of trains that go to Atlantic Station and walk up Lafayette Avenue from there. For more info, check out the Flea Blog.
