Change of Plans at Clinton Hill Warehouse Conversion

New DOB permits were approved at 392 Classon Avenue, the Clinton Hill warehouse conversion. Previously, the plan was to convert the one-story building into a three-story residential and commercial structure. But this month a permit came through to convert it instead into a two-story, one-family home. Seems like the building could make for a pretty awesome single-family pad. Anybody know the state of the interior?
