With spring in full swing and summer quickly approaching we take a look at some of the colorful springtime Brooklyn scenes captured by photographers this season.

The return of warmer temperatures and spring showers brought flowering trees bursting forth with their short-lived blossoms and the return of colorful window boxes to brighten brownstone facades. The weather also lured photographers back out into the streets to capture the fleeting beauty of the season, which never seems to last long enough.
