After being on the lookout for the past several weeks for a teak table for the garden, we stumbled across a great buy over July 4th weekend at this From The Source warehouse sale in Dumbo. The table plus four chairs ran us about $800. Up to that point, the only other tables we’d seen that we liked were $1,400 and up.
That makes me the king of cool.

I simply assumed anyone who owns a brownstone would land somewhere other than Dumbo during July 4th weekend. Guess I was wrong.

Let us know how comfortable those chairs are. I like the set alot, and am looking for something similar. So are you still planting the backyard, or will you wait for fall?

IKEA is not a bad word in my backyard. I have gotted teak tables, armchairs, and cafe chairs from IKEA and no one knows the difference. They have lasted 3 winters without care (shame on me) thus far.
