As we enter summer, things continue to look sunny for Brooklyn’s real estate market. In the second quarter of 2021, the average sale price, the number of sales and listing inventory all increased both from the previous quarter and the same period last year, according to a report prepared by appraiser Jonathan Miller of Miller Samuel and published by Douglas Elliman this morning.
