The Candy-Fueled Joy of a Brooklyn Halloween (Photos)

The weather was crisp and perfect for trick-or-treating last night, bringing tiny costumed revelers out across the borough. From over-the-top to traditionally simple, costumes and their wearers appeared at children’s parades, park events and traditional trick-or-treating. Even four-legged residents participated in the annual PUPkin Festival in Fort Greene Park.
