Panel on Brooklyn Design to Examine Gentrification

Restaurateur Andrew Tarlow, architect Morris Adjmi and designer Stefanie Brechbuehler of Workstead will “discuss the changing face of Brooklyn” at a panel about Brooklyn design that is part of Dwell’s and New York magazine’s upcoming week-long City Modern event. “The minds behind the Wythe, the first boutique hotel this side of the East River, examine the gentrification of the neighborhood of Williamsburg and how it has paved the way for a new breed of design-centric high-end developments in Brooklyn,” the description for the panel promises. New York magazine Design Editor Wendy Goodman will moderate. The event takes place from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Wythe Hotel Wednesday, Oct. 3.
