Enjoy a lighthearted evening of film with a special lineup chosen by Brooklyn-based artist and filmmaker Tess Wagman.
Described as including “short, sweet stories,” the film showcase at the Center for Fiction features work by the Brooklyn Filmmakers Collective and PBS Postcards. Wagman’s own new work, “Great! Lakes” will be screened during the event. The documentary about candy making twin sisters and their family recipes will be paired with complimentary candy in keeping with the sweet theme.
The screening takes place on Sunday, March 22 at 4 p.m. at the Center for Fiction at 15 Lafayette Avenue in Fort Greene. Tickets are $10, which includes a complimentary drink from the cafe-bar. For more information or to get your ticket visit the event page online.
