brooklyn-brewery-011411-b.jpgIn November we learned that Brooklyn Brewery had snatched up the building next door to its flagship North 11th Street location in order to expand its brewing and events capacities. Now the Brooklyn Paper reports the new brew equipment is ready to roll. In addition to doubling the number of barrels it can produce from 110,000 to more than 200,000 over the next three years, the new system will also make the brewing process smoother, the beer yummier, and the seasonal varieties more bottle-able. The new equipment also allows for a new experimental product every three to four months. Awesome!
