Borough Hall Attack
Something went down by the fountain near Borough Hall last night, reports McBrooklyn. Apparently someone was attacked “with a heavy object” which police were searching for by flashlight. The man accused of perpetrating the crime was sitting, handcuffed, in the bus shelter, and the victim taken away by ambulance (see photo). Anybody know more?

You just answered you own question. Crime has been rising for years! The crack epidemic subsided around 1994 and crime fell by 65%. There was lest Murders, Mugging and Break-in because of less crack use and Mayor Giuliani racist policies.
You can’t keep crime statistics low in a city of 8 million people especially when you have a influx of Asshats into a minority neighborhood. They will get robbed!
