Bed-Stuy Rental Building 397 Greene Avenue Sells

The rental building at 397 Greene Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant sold for $3,450,000, according to public records. We were under the impression that the building was gearing up to start leasing back in mid-2010, but that never came to pass. It appears construction has pretty much wrapped on the seven-unit project, but there’s no word on when apartments in it will actually be available for habitation.
