Bar and Bakery Patisserie Tomoko Opens Next Month on Union Avenue in Williamsburg

We’ve heard from a couple different readers about Patisserie Tomoko, slated to open next month in the new rental building at 568 Union Avenue in Williamsburg. One reader sent in the two exterior photos above and after the jump, and another reader sent in the photo of the interior, below, shot at a private party.

The pastry and breads bar has a liquor license. Baked goods will be available to stay or take out. Chef and owner Tomoko Kato is an alum of Le Bernardin and Bouley, according to Bedford + Bowery. GMAP
