Bagel Cafe Under Construction on Nostrand Avenue

Brooklynian commenters spotted signage going up at 816 Nostrand Avenue, at Lincoln Place, for Lula Bagel. The commenters said they are excited about this coffee shop, which will serve bagels, fresh bread, paninis, coffee, and pastries.
