  1. WHY all these residential towers and no commercial going up such as SUPER MARKETS how does the community board feel about this? NO SUPER MARKETS TO SHOP!!!

No place to shop or do NADA . Rental building after Rental building and o yeah some condo buildings. This is NO neighborhood. WHO wants to live here and WHY?
AND you get to be neighbors with all those living in the PROJECTS simply Beautiful in my eyes.

  2. i looked at this place a month ago. took a better place somewhere else. the broker called me the other day saying it is now 3 months free rent on a 16-month lease. there were some eyebrower raisers when we looked at it (it IS a nice place tho): no credit check, don’t need to provide income or employer info, no security deposit. who are they anticipating renting here?

  3. “I think you sound bit too anal if distressed called avalon fort greene. Certainly fits most peoples definition of fort greene. but obviously only natasha decides what is fitting.”

I think you’re wrong – this is Downtown Brooklyn.

  4. bldg is east side of flatbush by myrtle – 2 blocks from the park where the fort was built which neighborhood was named after. I think you sound bit too anal if distressed called avalon fort greene. Certainly fits most peoples definition of fort greene. but obviously only natasha decides what is fitting.

  5. Yeah Fort Greene – I just love the fact that this building not located in the Fort Greene neighborhood now bears this name. Surprised it wasn’t named Avalon,Brooklyn Heights or Dumbo (almost geographically correct).
