A Community Center Opens in Windsor Terrace

Last week the Kings Bay Y at Windsor Terrace had its grand opening. The arts, education, and cultural community center is affiliated with the Kings Bay YM-YWHA, which is located in Sheepshead Bay. Its programming includes music, art, chess, yoga, prenatal and Chinese Mandarin classes, as well as after-school programs.
