When 360 Smith started construction back in September of 2009, the F train entrance at Smith and 2nd Place was shut down and commuters now get in through a narrow entrance on the corner of 2nd. Pardon Me For Asking reports the good news that the station will be opening back up at the end of February. Must mean the end days of construction at 360 Smith are not far off….

In addition to that entrance opening it’s also been confirmed from the developer themselves that the tumor on the Carroll St building is definitely coming down.
