From the Forum: Vinyl Windows in a Historic District

A gut rehab job on a house in a historic district included all new vinyl windows, but a new owner has discovered that no Landmarks approval was sought for the job. The owner is wondering if there is any hope of getting approval for the vinyl windows or if they will have to replace them in order to clear the violation.
