From the Forum: Getting Sprinklers Inspected in a Multi-Unit Building

    A small condo building recently got a bill for their sprinkler inspection and are wondering how they might be able to save some money. They need to comply with the inspection and testing requirements but rather than paying a service should they consider whether a board member could be certified?
