From the Forum: Should Homeowners Repaint a Brick Rear Facade?
The end of an interior renovation project is approaching and homeowners are now contemplating work on the rear facade of their home.

The end of an interior renovation project is approaching and homeowners are now contemplating work on the rear facade of their home. The brick wall was painted years ago but most of the finish has flaked off. Should they repaint the facade or remove the remaining paint and repoint the brick?
