Busy traffic means a shaking house, and a homeowner is concerned. While the impact of nearby vehicles has always been a reality there are now some cracks appearing inside the brownstone. Should the homeowner be worried that new cracks might mean something more serious is happening? Could deteriorating conditions on the street be making the problem worse?
