The fines are piling up and landlords are looking for ideas to get their tenants to obey the recycling laws.
The fines are piling up and a landlord is looking for ideas to get their tenants to obey the recycling laws. Since they don’t live nearby they can’t check in regularly on their renters. What has worked for other landlords?
