From the Forum: Rebuilding a Stoop

Homeowners would like to build a stoop on their row house but are wondering about the approval process. Since it would involve building on what is city property they don’t want to move forward without more information. Have other homeowners who have returned a stoop felt it was worth the paperwork involved? How long did the DOT approval process take?
