From the Forum: New Fences and Property Lines
The fence came down between neighboring backyards and an owner is concerned that the neighbor might be encroaching on the property line with a new fence.
The fence came down between neighboring backyards and an owner is concerned that the neighbor might be encroaching on the property line with a new fence. While a survey will sort out the property line issue, the owner is wondering if they should replace their own fence at the same time. Should they chat with the neighbor about a shared fence rather than both putting up new fences?
