From the Forum: Keeping Old Windows and Getting Rid of the Draft

A reader would like to keep the original windows in their house but needs to cut down on the draft seeping in during the cold weather months. They’ve used clear plastic in the past but aren’t happy with the look and storm windows aren’t in the budget right now. What budget friendly options should they consider?
