After going through a reno on their wood frame, homeowners want to be understanding about the rehab next door but some sounds from the party wall are causing worry. They aren’t bothered by the noise but the sound of crumbling when workers next door are hammering away at the party wall. Should they be concerned? How should they approach the neighbor?
Please chime in with your advice.
