Homeowners have a rental unit within their duplex and are puzzled over a high gas bill.
Homeowners have a rental unit within their duplex and are puzzled over a high gas bill. While both units have the same set-up with a gas stove and hot water heater, the tenant’s bill is double that of the one for the homeowner’s unit. They have checked that everything is metered correctly and appliances are functioning but can’t discover the reason. What else should they consider?
